The menu was designed by Italian chef Antonio Fresa, inspired by the best Middle Eastern restaurants not only in Tel Aviv, but also in London, Milan and New York. Antonio's author's eye in each dish contains unusual restrictions made from exceptional quality ingredients: hummus with tahini after sauce and chili peppers, freshly baked authentic pastries, lemons salted in oak barrels and much more
